| The Rams game on August 26
was the the third game of the 2010 pre-season. This is usually the best of these
meaningless, summer games as the starters usually play the longest. It turns out
that Tom Brady and most of the first string played into the fourth quarter. Here's a
few photos from our very abbreviated tailgate party and a few more from inside "The
Razor." |
| Audra poses inside the Short Bus as
we wait for some friends to arrive. |
| Still waiting on some late arrivals. |
| Just a random shot of the Short Bus.
That's my shadow in the lower right. |
| Bernie, Bill, Audra and Steve
continue to wait patiently. |
| Finally in our familiar parking area,
P10 North. |
| This is Audra's first ever Patriots
game! |
| Bernie took over grilling duties.
She's a very good cook. |
| Looking straight down the barrel of
the Short Bus. |
| More tailgating. |
| Audra snuck up on me with this one. |
| Bernie takes a break from grilling to
responsibly enjoy a cold, frosty adult beverage. |
| More abbreviated tailgating going on. |
| Audra and Bruce head into Gillette
Stadium as the sun goes down. |
| It looks like Audra is enjoying her
first Patriots game so far! |
| A dark picture of us all in our
seats. |
| Here's one a little brighter. |
| Bernie and Audra. Steve thinks
something's funny. |
| Okay, there, funny-face. |
| Andy chastises Chris. |
| It's like magic! |
| Be careful! Your face could
freeze that way. |
The funniest part of this photo is
the look on Steve's face.
"What is WRONG with you people!?" |
| A nice one of Bruce and Bernie. |
| The moon rises over Gillette Stadium. |
| Bill Belichick patrols the sidelines
during the game. |
| Bernie and Audra take a break on the
Flying Elvis logo near the main gate. Bernie asked me to express a heartfelt thank
you to everyone who attended for making Audra's first game a wonderful experience.
She actually came through it with no lasting psychological scars. |
| Looks like Audra's got a bat in the
bat-cave. |
| Following a brief, after-game
relaxation period, we were on our way home. |
